Refund policy


ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

SAINTE wants you to love your purchases. Therefore, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your order, SAINTE will supply a credit note or refund for return requests made within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

SAINTE cannot offer returns on jewellery, headwear and swimwear or any items purchased on sale, on promotion or with a discount code.

Items which are purchased with AFTERPAY are not eligible for a refund. Instead all full prices items purchased with AFTERPAY are eligible for credit note or exchange only, if the garment is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. 

Approved refunds will be issued for full priced products only.

If your return request is approved, you will receive return shipping advice and further directions via email. Once your return has been received, your refund or credit note will be processed, less shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 days for processing.



IN STORE BOUTIQUE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note, SAINTE'S return & exchange policy differs for in-store purchases.

For purchases made in-store, returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. We offer store credit only for full-price returns. Refunds are not applicable on items purchased in-store.

Items which are purchased with AFTERPAY Card are not eligible for a refund. Instead all full prices items purchased with AFTERPAY Card are eligible for credit note or exchange if the product is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. 

Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Jewellery, swimwear, sale items are not eligible for return.

 

SALE OUTLET (online & in-store)

All purchases made in the SAINTE Sale Outlet are final sale. We do not accept any returns on sale items purchased online or in-store.


FOOTWEAR

Footwear must be returned with all original packaging, including undamaged boxes. SAINTE does not accept returns without boxes or with marked or scratched soles.


SWIMWEAR

All swimwear should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if the strip has been removed.


GIFTS & GIFT CARDS

If you have received items as a gift and wish to make an exchange, you may return items to receive a gift card of the same value.

Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the original purchase date. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.


FAULTY ITEMS

THE FINE PRINT

Returns received outside of 7 days may be accepted at SAINTE sole and absolute discretion.

Returned items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unused and with all original packaging and tags attached. Garments received soiled or with make-up marks will not be accepted for exchange or return and will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Returns sent outside of the Return Request process must be sent via registered post or by other such means or carrier of your choice, which provides proof of posting and delivery. All returns or exchanges sent to SAINTE must have a valid tracking number. SAINTE will not be liable for items lost in transit. If SAINTE has supplied your return shipping label, you are not required to provide tracking details.

Where the items fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure, SAINTE is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable solution. Exchange of items is subject to availability. SAINTE classifies items to be faulty (i.e. not acceptable quality) if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear are not considered to be faulty.

SAINTE will issue a refund to the original card used for purchase within 10 business days of receipt of a return, less incurred shipping costs. A refund for faulty items will include the full value of the items returned, including the relevant taxes, shipping or return delivery costs.

Outside the above timeframe, our items come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. To obtain compensation, you will need to provide documentary evidence of the loss or damage suffered, and documentary evidence that such loss or damage was a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a failure by SAINTE to comply with applicable Australian laws.

For international returns, SAINTE recommends indicating on the packaging that the items are intended ‘Returned Goods’ or ‘For Exchange’ to avoid additional custom duties and taxes. Please ensure adequate insurance is taken for the safe delivery of your order. All international customers are obliged to pay for their goods to be returned for a refund or credit note.

Please note, SAINTE does not accept any returns on sale items.
Refunds will be issued for full priced products only. 

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights.
